Non Disclosure Agreement:

Herewith the recipient of all the files and information contained and shared in the Distributors Access (D.A.) of JOKER Group agrees on the following terms that are set as a Non Disclosure Agreement by the JOKER Group.
The recipient acknowledges the confidential character of the given information in the D.A. and confirms that this information will only be used for required intercompany purposes.
The recipient of Confidential Information will not disclose such Confidential Information to anyone, including their own employees; however, the recipient of Confidential Information may disclose such information to certain employees who are required to have the such information to carry out the delegated task(s).
The recipient agrees that it will take all reasonable steps to protect the secrecy and avoid disclosure or use of Confidential Information in order to prevent it from falling into the public domain or the possession of unauthorized persons.
Furthermore the recipient agrees to immediately notify JOKER Group in writing of any misuse or misappropriation of Confidential Information.
All information that is commonly known or has been released to public domain by JOKER Group already presents an exemption to the above clause.

Ownership and Return of Data:
All Confidential Information shall remain the exclusive property of JOKER Group, and the recipient shall have no rights to use Confidential Information except as provided herein.
Any data which have been acquired within the D.A. will be promptly returned, accompanied by all copies of such data, after the partnership has been rejected or concluded.

Acceptance and Obligations:
This Agreement shall be binding to the Recipient and be enforceable by JOKER Group after checking the below box.
